I have a lot of luggage and need help transporting it to the vehicle, can you help?
Absolutely we’re glad to assist passengers with transporting their luggage. For airport pickups, we highly recommend adding our Meet & Greet service. This allows your driver to meet you immediately outside the baggage claim area (since only arriving passengers may enter baggage claim), help with luggage, and escort you comfortably to the vehicle for a smooth and stress-free experience.
Do ride prices include the driver tip?
Gratuity is not included in the final price. If you’d like to tip your driver, cash is always appreciated, though you’re also welcome to discuss other available options with the driver at the end of your ride.
Can you coordinate a ride for a large group (7+)?
Yes, we can comfortably accommodate up to 11 passengers in one vehicle. When booking, please select the Ford Transit option—this vehicle provides ample room for both passengers and luggage, ensuring a spacious and easy ride.
What happens if my flight gets delayed, cancelled, or arrives early?
We understand that flight schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate you smoothly.
If your flight is delayed:
Please call or email our dispatch team as soon as you receive updated arrival information. While our drivers monitor flights whenever possible, it is ultimately the passenger’s responsibility to inform us of delays. Notifying dispatch ensures that your driver can adjust their timing and greet you promptly.
For both domestic and international flights, we offer a complimentary 30-minute wait period beginning from the actual flight arrival time. After this grace period, standard wait-time fees apply.
If your flight is cancelled:
Please refer to our cancellation policy. Cancellations or reservation changes must be communicated at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations cannot be accepted.
If your flight arrives early:
Our drivers will make every effort to arrive as soon as possible and meet you at baggage claim.
